JoomGuru has launched its new service of  Joomla Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) for Joomla sites and is now offering this as an inclusive or standalone service to clients or Joomla users who would like to improve their page ratings with Google, Yahoo and Bing.

The service carries an initial cost depending on the pages needing optimisation [this can be limited by the client] and then further tweaking of  pages to achieve maximum ratings in the shortest possible time. A typical small Joomla website of 10 pages will be £75 setup and £25 a month on a years agreement and will include full optimsation and comparative assessment on a monthly basis.

How does this work:

We initially open your site and view contents both from the front-end and the back-end [Admin] and review the structure of the site to enable us to establish your main objectives and to be certain your Joomla installation is up to date and secure. We then obtain from  you the 10 most common searches you believe your customers are inputting and build these into all SEO work from the start.

Once we have achieved a clear route to your best practice SEO, we begin to implement our strategy on every single page of your site. In addition, we take 3 of your main competitors on page 1-3 of the main search engines [Google, Yahoo, Bing] and prepare a dynamic comparative chart which will be updated at regular intervals [probably monthly].

From then on we regularly visit your site, generally weekly and look at search engine results to see what needs to be included, changed or modified. We monitor the dynamics of the SEO we have implemented and continue to tweak and promote the pages and the site together to obtain the highest impact possible for the Search Engines.

Monthly we will submit to you a detailed report of progress, and changes we have made to optimise your site. At the end of the year we would hope to have got you to within easy reach of page 1, but because of levels of competition out there we never promise this can be achieved, only that we will improve your standing significantly.

We recognise that in managing the SEO work on your site we will be able to see what is happening and deal with other developing issues on your Joomla platform so it is obviously a good idea to incorporate our monthly management fee into the SEO charge so where this is agreed we will charge an additional 20% per month and not increase the initialisation fee so long as the service is placed on a subscription base.
